What do you charge and how do I pay for bartending services?
Pour Girl charges for a basic full bar, bartending package that you can tailor by adding more services. This allows a more customized solution for your event and keeps the budget in your control. Every event is unique so certain factors determine costs. This is why an individualized quote is made after a few basic questions are answered to create your guest profile. What about travel?
Most Northern California and Southern Oregon areas; Crescent City, Smith River, Gasquet, Fort Dick, Hiouchi, Klamath, McKinleyville, Arcata, Eureka, Grants Pass, Cave Junction, Brookings, Gold Beach, Medford and even all the way to Redding!
Who provides the alcohol, mixers, ice and bar supplies and how much will be needed?
You, as the host of a party or event, will be responsible to purchase all alcohol. Pour Girl Mobile Mixologist cannot provide alcohol. Pour Girl provides a FREE suggested shopping list and custom drink menu to coordinate with the type event you are having. The list has all the quantities calculated for you to make shopping easy and we can direct you to the best deals. If there is anything left after the party, you can return unopened liquor or keep it further reducing your party budget!
What if I need more than one bartender?
Pour Girl can provide presently, up to 2 bartenders. Generally you will need at least 1 bartender for every 70-100 guests.
What do I do if I have no bar?
Pour Girl will rent you a full-size beautiful portable bar for only $39.50! Party rental company bars are expensive charging $50-75 to rent a cheap folding bar AND YOU HAVE TO PICK IT UP! We bring it, set up and tear it down!
Do you provide glassware? What about something to cool beer in or soft drinks?
No glassware, no problem. Rent them as an add-on to one of our packages. Everything under the sun: Martini, Wine, Margarita, Tumblers and Champagne glasses. Only .50 cents per glass which is so much less than renting from a Party Rental company. Plastic tubs for iced drinks can also be rented for a very small fee.
What do the Pour Girl bartenders wear and bring to the party?
The Pour Girl attire is black top and pants. For more formal dress we recommend white tux shirts with black bow tie and this attire is no additional charge. Themed events attire will require additional fee. The Pour Girl bartender comes equipped with professional bar tools: bottle opener, strainer, pour spouts, wine keys, mixing tin, shaker, and more. Napkins, straws, garnishes, garnish trays, bar mats and other bar equipment is not provided but added into your quote upon request.
Do you do non-alcoholic parties for those who don’t drink?
Absolutely! There is nothing we can’t make for you in a blender or on the rocks. Tasty, sparkly, colorful creations without the booze! We also do just beer and wine events serving up great tasting Wine coolers, Spritzers, frosty cold Beer and even Smoothies! So refreshing at summer events and backyard barbeques!
