A trained chimp can mix a drink. (What I call a “cocktail chimp”.) Don’t be fooled by those who claim that bartenders who graduated from a school have “no personality” or “no real-world experience”. It’s my training and years of experience I’ve acquired through working in bars, casinos and restaurants, with all types of people, that qualifies me to offer high level service my clients depend on. In Vegas, a bartender is required to be certified with a T.A.M. card (alcohol awareness) and Health Card before they can work anywhere in the state. This requirement makes certain that as a bartender you know how to serve responsibly and understand health safety before serving the public. My bartender training was from the most trusted and long-standing schools in Las Vegas – the Las Vegas Academy of Bartenders and Cocktail Servers. Many casinos hired from that school because it’s reputation for turning out polished, ready to work, bartenders. Design is my passion whether it is a fancy cocktail or beautiful website! I look at everything I do from a design perspective. I decided long ago to turn what I love to do - DESIGN AND SOCIALIZING, into my own businesses! When I’m not bartending, I enjoy designing websites and wedding album layouts for my son’s and his wife’s wedding photography business. I’ve done design work professionally in the creative industry for many years and in between I worked several jobs in fine dining, cocktail and bartending along the way.
